These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Muvit platform, applications, websites, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts and Responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account.
You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms when using the Services.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Plans, pricing, and billing intervals are described during checkout and on our site.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Taxes and duties may apply based on your location.

3. Acceptable Use

No illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive activities.
No attempting to bypass security, probe systems, or disrupt the Services.
No misuse of APIs or automated scraping beyond documented limits.

4. Customer Content and Data Ownership

You own all Customer Content you submit or store within the Services. You grant Muvit the rights necessary to operate the Services (e.g., hosting, processing, transmitting), solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

By default, nobody — including Muvit personnel — can view your Customer Content. Muvit staff do not have access unless you explicitly grant temporary, least-privilege access to resolve a specific support request. Any such access is permission-based and logged.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, branding, and content, are owned by Muvit and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services except as expressly provided.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other party’s Confidential Information with the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information and not to disclose it, except as required to provide the Services or as permitted by law.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Muvit disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muvit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Muvit in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, but your data ownership remains; you may request export of your Customer Content where feasible.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Effective date” above and may provide additional notice as appropriate. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
